Who we are
This website is run by [Scale Up Softwares Ltd], a company registered in England and Wales (company number [12345678]), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number [ZA000000].

What we collect and why
| Data | Why we use it | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Demo request form: name, business name, email, phone, business type, call volume, message | To reply to you, prepare your demo and discuss our services | Legitimate interests / steps before entering a contract |
| Emails and calls you make to us, including calls answered by our own AI agent (which may be recorded and transcribed) | To answer your enquiry and keep a record of it | Legitimate interests |
| Customer account and billing details | To provide and invoice our services | Contract; legal obligation (tax records) |
We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Callers to our clients' businesses
When our AI agents answer calls, WhatsApp messages or website chats for a client (for example a dental clinic), that client decides how callers' data is used and is the controller. We act as their processor under a written data processing agreement and handle the data only on their instructions. If you called or messaged one of our clients, please contact that business about your data; we will help them respond.
Who we share data with
We use trusted service providers to run our business — for example website hosting, email, form handling, calendar booking, and the telephony and AI services that power our agents. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to keep it protected.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become customers: up to 24 months, then deleted. Customer records: for the length of the contract plus six years, to meet tax and legal requirements. Call recordings and transcripts made for our clients are kept for the period each client sets in their agreement with us.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk — but we'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Two outside services may be involved when you use the site:
- Google Fonts — the site's typefaces load from Google's servers, which receive your IP address to deliver them. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
- Demo booking calendar — if you open our scheduling link to pick a demo slot, that provider may set its own cookies, covered by its own privacy policy.
If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
